This replaces lucas number 26140 among others used on 3.8 liter manual transmission Jaguar cars. If your car has a fully synchro transmission, aluminum flywheel or other modifications, please speak with us or your parts supplier. We may need to verify which starter you have in your vehicle. We have on occasion made special starters for mismatched engine/transmission situations.
