Olive Branch has been moved from the XXII to XXIV along with Joel Prouty, Montacute, Mumford River, Oxford, Quinnabog, Rose of Sharon, Solomon Temple and Webster. The XXIII will include: Athelstan, Isaiah Thomas, Level, Morning Star, Trinity (Clinton), Boylston, Franklin, Matthew John Whittall and Quinsigamond. The primary reason for the change is Geographic as well as some lodges are struggling and there is an expectation from Grand Lodge that there will be a consolidation or merger within some of the Lodges. Also brought up was the 6th Masonic Forum which will continue as usual until August 31, 2003 at which time, each district will have their own Forum.
