PEGU CLUB

• 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
• 1/4 teaspoon sugar, or 3/8 teaspoon simple syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters (1/16 teaspoon)
• 1 dash orange bitters (1/16 teaspoon)
• 2.4 ounces gin (1/4 cup 2 1/2 teaspoons)
• 0.6 ounce orange flavored liqueur (1 tablespoon 1/2 teaspoon)

Chill two cocktail glasses. Dissolve sugar in lime juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add bitters, gin, and orange flavored liqueur. Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glasses.
