Chuck Taggart’s HURRICANE

• 1 ounce orange juice (28 grams)
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice (28 grams)
• 1/4 cup passion fruit juice* (56 grams) OR
  • 1 tablespoon passion fruit syrup
• 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sugar (omit if using passion fruit syrup?)
• 1 teaspoon grenadine
• 3 ounces rum (86 grams)
• Orange slice, maraschino cherries (optional)

Dissolve sugar in fruit juices by swirling around in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add grenadine and rum. Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Strain into 10 to 12-ounce glasses; top up with ice. Garnish each with a half orange slice and a rinsed maraschino cherry.
