BALSAMIC FLANK STEAK

Make up the vinaigrette using the above listed ingredients.

Combine steak and vinaigrette in plastic food storage bag. Push out all air; secure with twist-tie and marinate 10 minutes.

Meanwhile heat the broiler.

Broil steak 4 inches from heat for 8 minutes without turning, or until desired doneness (internal temperature of 125 degrees F. for rare).

Let stand 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
