Be aware of items which
are repetitive. Be sure content is CONTRACTURAL. Never “staff vs. staff” Be
professional. Follow the chain of command: Staff to Building rep to
administrator
NEGOTIATIONS – formal has been sent, should meet January 8. Goal is to introduce procedure, set
rules & dates. February will state with proposals. This is a NEW team on
the BOE. Advised the Superintendent that we are NOT a “hostile” group/union.
Expect to make all things “uniform”.
Secretary Union will not join HEA at this time
PAC – Reminder: political
action committee = must be as a payroll deduction, must be done annually, send
to Betty Manning .
