at 3:40 p.m. by President Fran Borg.
A motion to accept
the minutes from the September 17, 2007 Faculty Council Meeting was made by

President.
Fran Borg stressed the importance of members reading the minutes because
of important information that is contained in them.
The deadline for health
insurance open enrollment is October 31, or November 30 for new teachers. Forms may be obtained at the Board

Prudential, AFLAC, and NY Life for further information.

Expect DYFS
information next week about responsibilities regarding reporting evidence of

educational support workshops (many for professional development credit) on
these topics. Send the form to Fran and

write the newsletter.
Norm Danzig will
give a presentation on November 5 regarding the responsibilities of building
representatives. Vida Story made a
motion to change the
date of the next Faculty Council meeting from November 19 to November 5, when
Norm Danzig will speak. The motion passed.

Board of Education employment rolls once a pay period is missed.
