10/6  is a general meeting, 4/09 is a negotiations meeting. A discussion regarding the need to present the BEST FRONT. Always use proper channels for complaint, etc.  Remember there are  many new Leaders and they need time to make the “job” theirs.

Medical plan = not equal to or greater than

NJEA trying to fix the problem

Traditional is an option under state plan

Always want to state benefits plan because it protects what can be negotiated.

This is not a grievance  Issue. And is being handled on a state wide level

·        Story adv that it is a suit & it being addressed

·        Need a “point person” to log issues = Lou Ferrante each

·        Seems like Horizon is having issues and may be denying as a matter process (MRI)
