CROSS COUNTRY 2010

The only people who are allowed in the woods are the Runners and the Marshals.

The Marshals must wear the Green T-shirt.

The only people ALLOWED pass Marshals at the entrance to the woods are Marshals wearing a Green T-Shirt.

The Marshals MUST HAVE a walkie-talkie to communicate with each other.

You must pass on at least the following info:

- The 1st runner just past

- The last runner and biker just past

- Please pass along the head count in case a runner goes down or quits the race.

Every year someone has their car broken into because something is left where someone else can see it.
